WHERE TO GO

First and foremost where you choose to take your weekend, is dependent on where you live. Our first few posts will be about locations local to us, and we live in Missouri. Where you choose to casual kayak and/or camp is entirely up to you. We like to take no more than a few hours to reach our location. Minimizing drive time allows us more time to unwind and relax, to set up our camp before darkness creeps in and we’re suddenly trying to shove tent poles in sockets with no light at midnight.

Choosing our weekend destination is dependent on several things- are we just camping, or are we also kayaking? Is there a particular place we have been wanting to visit?
